Soothing chamomile and honey combine to create this calming tea smoothie.

A calmative cup of chamomile tea is the base for this elixir, because when colds, flus and the seasonal blues are rampant, nothing cures better than a long winter’s nap. It’s blended with honey for an immune-boosting bonus.
