- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 cup hulled sliced strawberries
- 1 peeled ripe banana
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 tbsp plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped out
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds
1 Put the ice cubes in a blender. Using the ice crush setting, pulse until the ice cubes are broken up into bits.
2 Add the fruit, followed by the remaining ingredients, to the blender and purée until smooth.
