Garden cocktails: Pink summer sangria

Strawberries, peaches and watermelon add a sweet, fruity taste to this updated classic


Pink summer sangria
Makes 8 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 750-ml bottle rosé wine
  • 3 peaches, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped watermelon
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbsp limoncello
  • 2 cups limonata or sparkling lemonade (not too sweet)
  • 2 cups crushed ice


Preparation

Pour the wine into a large pitcher and add the fruit and limoncello. Let sit for 30 minutes. Just before serving, add the limonata and crushed ice.
