Garden Greek salad
Toss this fresh salad with a little oil and lemon and opa! lunch is served.
1 Place the tomatoes, cucumber, oregano, green peppers, onion, feta cheese and olives in a large bowl.
2 In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice.
3 Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.
4 Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and extra oregano and serve.
