Serve this festive, jewelled drink to complement a cheese or cured meat platter

To turn this festive beverage into a boozy cocktail, stir in an ounce of vodka per serving. If you'd like to use simple syrup instead of agave syrup, simply combine an equal amount of granulated sugar and water in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Cool to room temperature and use as directed.
