Info on Weeping Flowering Crabtree

Help needed 
I am not sure what kind of soil is needed, how much sun etc. Anyone know anything? Please help me save this tree...thanks

What is wrong with the tree? Is it a mature tree or a new tree?
Fruit trees like full sun. What type of soil do you have it in right now?

The tree is actually 5 years old, I just moved it from my old house. It didnt get a whole lot of sun but it does now, I am not sure about the soil or how or if I should prune it. Thanks for replying Lyn! Hope you can help, I really like this tree.
