Gladiolus Question?
Ok so I've ordered some Glads from Veseys. I'm working on my flowering/growth chart right now so I can figure uot what to plant where.
I noticed on the site it says that the hardiness level is 3 and above.
Why are they saying this, because I know I'm supposed to dig them up in the fall. I'm confused.

Although less work by not having to dig them up in the Fall, storage etc
The flower is quite a bit smaller than the regular glad
I also found the flower stock not as strong and not as many blooms per stock and the flowers do not last as long and not as nice of colors
Glads are very easy to dig up and store
Therefore I would prefer the regular old fashioned kind for the sake of a bit more work

I planted some a couple of years ago...and when they came back the next year they never bloomed...the foliage was very small and weak looking....they are back again this year and don't look much better. I prefer to stick with the annual glads.

ohhh well I didn't know. I guess that's why they were on sale?
They weren't called Hardy glads though, those were in another section.
Hopefully it's just a typo....
