organic fertilizers

I moved from Victoria last year to GTA. In Victoria we had a store where you could buy various ingredients to make organic fertilizer - 1 scope of X, 1/2 scope of Y to follow a recipe and it was set up like a bulk store so you scoped as much as you'd like I can't seem to locate such a place in the GTA - anyone know of such a place? Great site - new here
