Fairy Rose Bush...does anyone know??

I have this growing in Zone 2! Truly a miracle, but it is in a fairly sheltered spot. I wonder if you could try layering? Make a little knick along the stem and anchor it to the ground with some wire and see whether it sends out roots. Then when the plant is growing on it's own, just sever it from the mother plant. It works with some roses/shrubs...sunkeeper's suggestion might be quicker though.

'The Fairy' is quite a common rose and can be found as this name. Hortico has it listed, and most good nurseries will have it in their rose selections.
