Your violets are lovely. We have them in our lawn and I no longer see any point in trying to get rid of them. DH, on the other hand, is out for blood! LOL

oh those little beauties used to drive me NUTS are my parents old house.
No sooner do you think one area is conquered than you turn around and they're popping up somewhere else.
