Mine are pretty far from the house too but I'll likely yank em out anyway.

I think skunks are cute as all get out. I even tossed him some cat food out the window and he gobbled it all up.

Cool, I am growing Early Alberta corn, and they are coming along great.
I started all my plants early, because I knew our season is short. :)

I picked my 1st ear of corn tonight and it was soooooo GOOD!! It wasn't quite ready, could've done with another day or 2 but it was so sweet and yummy. Now I can't wait for the rest!


btw...I'm not crazy about the pic beside my 'old user Surly' name. :P
