This is my first experience with the Elderberry. There are many in my area and I am experimenting. Two plants will be planted next Spring in the garden.

I have never eaten elderberry pie but they sure look good

I dottake elderberry capsules when I feel a cold or flu coming on

They are a natural anti biotic but must be taken as soon a tickel is felt in the throat and a bit of a temp

I take 2 right away, 2 more before bed

When I get up all systoms are gone. I take 2 more for good measure

They work every time for me and my family

I found an area of Elderberry bushes today and picked 21.5 pounds, by cutting the small cluster off the bush with scissors. the clusters were taken home and the berries removes. Total time 4 hours. The berries were in pristine condition, and perfectly ripe. One pound is about 1 and 1/3 cup full of elderberries.
