We too tried our first Pink Fir Apple potatoes

Welcome back.
These little potatoes are our absolute favourites. We will likely not dig ours for sometime yet. They are perfectly happy in the ground for now.For anyone who isn't familiar with them they are a lovely fingerling potato.
