looking for heritage seeds if anyone has some to spare,just moved into a new house last fall ,so mosstly flower gardening this year but next year I would like to have a vegetable garden,however I did buy a dozen tomato plants at the last minute and just put them in among my flowers andI picked 12 lb,s of tomatoes today!! just finished making ckow,looking forward to next year!!

A seed is a small embryonic plant enclosed in a covering called the seed coat, usually with some stored food. It is the product of the ripened ovule of gymnosperm and angiosperm plants which occurs after fertilization and some growth within the mother plant. The formation of the seed completes the process of reproduction in seed plants (started with the development of flowers and pollination), with the embryo developed from the zygote and the seed coat from the integuments of the ovule.

CurlySue, It's still pretty crazy around here with harvesting and marketing so I won't have the website updated for the 2012 season until end of November I think. Please revisit in December, if you get a chance.
