pepper plants

I started pepper plants from seeds and they are all growing nicely. However, I have some plants that have tiny creatures on them. I don't know what they are and would like to know if someone can identify them for me and perhaps tell me if I should destroy the plants or what to use to get rid of them. They are a light brown colour.

Got no clue what the bugs might be; but my first step would be to look closely to see if they are hurting the plants, (not all bugs are bad). If they're eating the plants, I'd go for insecticidal soap, or take a photo to my garden centre and seek advice. If you want to take a bug sample to an expert, be sure to have it in a ziplock bag, or some other prison.
Just when you learn how to garden really well, you're too old to do it anymore...
