Garlic in shed was dry enough to trim and further dry for storage. A total of 15 pounds was prepared for cold room storage. The largest bulbs were selected for seed for the 2014/2015 planting.

Looks great. I've always wanted to try different types of garlic, though they're hard to come by.

It's good idea to use the largest bulbs for seed for next year planting. Not only this will helpful for the better return, but also save damaging from natural disorders.
