Kelly, the structure of this site is now a bit difficult for people to concentrate on. Its a lot easier to just start a new thread....than it is to navigate up and down (like a brides nightie) to find the spot for your concern or comment. If you could stickie the complaint comment thread? But I suspect you have lost that capability.

I have a suggestion, these entries could be printed out, all threads in the past 24 hours, and gone through with a highlighter to get the main comments and suggestions and complaints. It wouldnt take very long to do this, whereas trying to do it electronically is a nightmare.
