Hmmm,
that's odd, I had the little red box last week but it isn't there now....It is if I'm logged on but otherwise it isn't...
Oh well, if I hover over the topic title it tells me "no new posts"... That's a help.

Hoverig over posts to see if there are any new ones does not work either
I've tested it
I just make a post then hover. it tells me no new posts
That isn't so because I just made one

Re: A quick tip for everyone!
for example
My bat house post
I hovered and it says no new posts
But I posted to it this morning. Does the last poster not count for a new post??

Not if the last post was made by yourself. At least that's the way it works in most forums.

Have you tried changing your edit display options under board preference in the User Control Panel? It saves there for me and I get it each and every time that way and if I want to change just for a particular posting, I then adjust it at the bottom of the page for that display only.
I can't get it to work either. The only way to go to the "latest" entry in a "subject" for me is to go to the bottom of the page, and set the preference for how the replies are displayed. Unfortunately, the preferences don"t save, so you have to do it for each and every subject - real pain. I have tried clicking on the little red box, or the little white "page" within each topic, but it still takes me to the original posting. Maybe the website likes you best Kelly! PS- I have tried it both logged on and logged off.
