EDIT:
I just noticed that my default time zone is ATLANTIC, hence not needing the DST setting.
If you go to User CP, you can actually set your time zone to Eastern, and enable DST. That should then show the correct time for your posts.

I think there have been some changes. I can't find Global Preferances.

Whereas, I now remember putting my time settings at AST because there was no DST choice for EST...I have now gone and reset it to EST with DST in effect.

I went to board preferances where Global Settings are. My time should be OK now.

I have just noticed that if I do not sign in, the forum clock is an hour ahead...i.e. my 7:41 posting was showing being posted at 8:41....
