How to I change info in "My Profile"

Hi. Some of the info in "My Profile" is dated. For example, after nine years, I can no longer grow veggies and fleurs in my precious 660 sq. ft. at the community gardens some of you know as Plotlands©~bb. Now I grow on garage roof and in alley garden.

Do I simply key the changes in category windows/boxes which appear empty?

The solution is a tricky one due to the integration with the H&G sites... Let me see if I can find a way around this..
