William I have only been able to get on the Forum every other evening.

When it won't let me on it gives me an Error Message;

Error [mysql4]

Too many Connections (1040)

I don't think it is from my end....maybe this will help you.

Whisper Back!
I have more than one computer, and run both Firefox and Safari. Neither fixes the problem I have.
Pages are taking over a minute to load, so I feel like I'm back on dial-up!
To open a thread takes more than a minute, to try to reply to a subject takes more than a minute, and when I hit the submit button that also takes for ever! So, just to open up a thread, possibly reply to it, and then submit it, is taking nearly 4 minutes excluding the typing!
I tried to post this complaint yesterday on Feedback and I was rejected time and time again! I gave up!
I hope this gets through.

Due to some technical challenges on our end, the website may not have been functioning correctly. Blank screens, partial screens/articles, time-out messages, and sometimes odd MySQL or PHP errors may be displayed in your browser during one of these times. Due to the fact that the issues causing the challenges can be quite varied and/or complex at times, it may take longer than expected to resolve the issues.

I do thank you for your messages alerting us to problems experienced on one of our websites. Everything appears to be working correctly again and if you experience any further challenges with the site, please do not hesitate to email me.

All the best,

I know that we had some issues last night, however, things appear to be much better (faster) today. The challenge is that because many sites share similar resources, an issue on another site can dramatically affect this site or many others.

We are currently working on migrating to new hardware that should alevieate this, however, it is a very large project and simply takes time. We also have recently implemented some new website monitoring and have a pretty good indication as to how well or not it is functioning. This helps us to keep on top of issues and the impact they have to our users/visitors.
