Explanation!

I'm not moaning and groaning, but wondered if there had been any explanation offered as to why we there was so much difficulty a week or so ago.
As Liz pointed out, we're thankful that we have this forum, but it would be interesting to know what happened and whether it is likely to happen again on a regular basis. I get the impression that the forum is not as active as it used to be.
The forum is still slower than anywhere else I go to, and I'm still occasionally having to put in my email address and password again.

Last week I posted globally a "Message From Tara" which explains what has been happening lately.

Thanks Kelly. I did see that, but it really didn't give much information, other than it's out of William's hands, and the problem is in Montreal and the Servers.
I was interested in knowing whether the problem has been fixed in Montreal/Servers, or whether we can expect the same problem to crop up again.
As Tara says, and I agree, this is a nice place to come and chat, but I do think we're starting to lose a few people.

we may not necessarily have lost people visiting but more that they can NOT get in. I know MareE would love to be here chatting with us all but cannot get onto the forums.....William could you help her please and Trailblaze was having trouble before and appears to be missing again..is she having trouble getting in?

I would encourage anyone having trouble getting in that can read but not post to drop a message to either William, Kelly or myself so that we can try and get you back in.
It seems we are having the same problems over and over again....
