Circles ....

The circles that are red when there are new posts on a forum are supposed to turn blue when you have read all the new posts right?

Yup, mine do.

All mine turn except Garden Gallery and Over the Fence ... they are always red ...

... and no comments about me being an odd ball ....

For some strange reason I've had that happen to. I just go back to that forum and "mark all posts read". then it appears properly on the index page. I guess we are bith oddballs.

Thanks for the fix my friend .... I would keep going back to the forums cause I saw red and when I would get there twas a false alarm ...

Well, count me in, in the club.
Except, well, I'm opposite. Mostly the circles with stars remain blue, showing that I've read all the latest responses when I haven't. The only hint I get is the ping of an incoming in my mailbox.

Editing in to add - it only seems to happen on the OTGF pages.

I always check the "new posts" first. Then go back to the Index page and sometimes there are red circles there, so then I go to those forums. The weird thing is I can go to that forum (Plant Talk and one or 2 others seem to be the worst offenders) and all the circles are blue but I haven't read all the postings.... not sure why that's happening but seems to be a spanner in the works!
