Signing in problems ....

I am having problems signing in. Its annoying to have to sign in once and everytime. Don't think I am doing anything incorrect but could be so. My new login is so very long with caps and numbers. Any suggestions?

Hi Sheila - Now that you are logged on go to your User Control Panel and go to Edit your Account and change your password to something shorter and easier to remember.
I'm not sure why you have to log in every time but 2 things you might need to look at. Does your computer accept cookies? If not that has to be set and secondly, you may have to clean up your temporary files and internet history and then re-access the site and re-save the bookmark.
