That's right, and if necessary we can remove posts and prune out excess photos and edit any C&P's that cause duplicated photos. Once you've got a volunteer, maybe we can work those things out so that we are all on the same page.

Did you get any interest from any volunteers yet Patty? I would like to help but were installing flooring throughout the entire house this week - so my house is currently piled in my kitchen...computer unhooked. But, if after a week you don't have any volunteers and the flooring is down - I'll hook up my computer and I'm all yours! Let me know.

Ok here is a suggestion. Lyn, and Kelly since you have mod priveleges, what do you think of the two of you post the letter of the day as a sticky; once it's time for the next letter, the previous letter can fall with the new letter now being a sticky. You don't need a picture to contribute for that letter to start the thread. Nor do you need to host that post. We can contribute, and comment on ones that we wish to. Just a thought.

So what you are suggesting is no hosting at all? I think that's do-able but I do think we need some Guidelimes as to the number of photos posted per person and the rules Patty outlined above.

Good to hear the soup is starting up again. Maybe it will motivate some people to resolve their issues and start posting again. I know I always check to see what is going on even if I'm not posting.

I vote for 3 pics per person max, moderator monitoring the stickies, and patty's rules.

Patty, I do hope you are able to carry on the soup tradition, along with Lyn and Kelly. Perhaps repeating a few simple rules with each letter would help. Such as a 3 picture limit, size, etc.
