Neng_Perea, Portulaca is a Hardy Annual. Tends to self seed and return the next year if it likes it's location!

It likes hot and dry and lots of sun. I grow mine in terra cotta planters on my south facing steps. I water them about once a week. They REALLY can stand to be completely dry.

Love your pond Greg! Any problems with raccoons or bears? Raccoons are my biggest problem.

Those are poppies and they came up on their own. I was so suprised to see them, sure hope something similar grows this year. GRIN
