our blue carpet
We have had enough spring weather to bring the Chionodoxa into bloom in a few places.
They make a nice blue carpet in the peony bed along the driveway,
The first little narcissus to bloom are these Tete a Tete.
Our little patch of Hellebore are in bloom. I do wish they could hold up their heads a bit better. There is a nice white clump right beside these pink ones.

Re: our blue carpet
Nice Sharon! I don't have as many well established plants as you, but what I do have are all very happy that spring has arrived! I must get some more hellebores. I have a white one which is blooming its head off, and I think a pink one, or two, to keep it company would make it very happy!

Re: our blue carpet
So pretty Sharon. I would love to have a blue carpet like that. My Rip Van Winkle are out along with a few other things.
Today was such a great day and every muscle in my body is protesting.
Even the cat decided the weather was finally nice enough to join me outside in the garden. he especially enjoyed the transplanting of Nepeta.
