Betty...are you ready?

Postby Lizcordysmum » May 23, 2009 1:49 pm

Another couple of days and I expect to see your imaginary form in the purple Muskoka chair The purply blue plastic chair on the porch has Lulu's imaginary form on it, so make sure you sit on your own chair!.

Oh DEAR. Well, the wisteria is REAL, but the folks are virtual, and there are two chairs on the porch and five at the patio...so help yourselves. I can't bear the idea of folks not able to have wisteria...I endured 9 years at the farm in central BC without it and it was the first thing I bought when I came to Powell River, before I bought a house to live in!

And then, my Daughter Two told me SHE bought a blue one. I have no place to put a blue one. I seem to have gone clematis crazy in my old age!

It's best that you sit when you teletransport yourselves here..if you stand still, I can get a clematis growing up you in no time. This is NOT a brag, I am just confessing my addiction!

So...Imagine to your heart's content anyone and everyone...Wisteria smells (at least this one does) of Carnations (to me.)

I am very, very happy I got the purply blue chair, Liz! Was afraid I'd have to sit in the yellow one!
Oh, btw, Liz,,who's chair best matches the colour of the wisteria, mine or Betty's?

Sharon, I have had wisteria for over 10 years; just have never coaxed a bloom out of it, so, Liz has most generously offered to share hers, and I can sit & sniff it to my heart's content!

Beam me up, Liz!

I love the colour of my chair, thank you very much, Liz! I don't match, but neither do I clash!

Am very happy I am sitting closest to the wisteria, though,,,all the better to smell it!

But, I will share with Betty, anytime she needs a wisteria whiff!

I hope you will keep that thought when heavy boughs drip down the back of your neck and dangle in your face...it is still early days, as you know!

Wisteria must still bloom over the steps, whacking folks in the face when they go for another iced tea, or to the "facility" (or to get dog cookies?)

And speaking of Wisteria, seems to me friend Trish(Closet Canuck) has a splendid one too!)Hope she shows up here soon!
