29 May - Sunny Evening!

Postby B_BQ » May 29, 2009 7:32 pm

After 2 days of rain it's a beautiful sunny and warm evening here.
I just took these:

A generic Rhodo - I like the colour of this one - 2nd year:

The clematis 'Multi Blue' - I could only get these blooms in the picture but there are many more:
And, here are two new Hosta. I like both of them very much:

'Stained Glass':

..and 'Orange Marmalade':

Stepping right up to the plate, here...full of admiration over those hostas. Have not seen Orange marmelade before...very striking. Very fond of Hostas.

Congrats on the clemmie...I am in waiting-period here!

Beautiful BBQ, everything always looked so fresh after a rain. I will have to keep an eye out for Orange Marmalade, very striking.

I totally agree. Orange Marmalade grabs the attention! Nice clematis too. Mine is not flowering yet. :(

The Orange Marmalade is very striking and would be a nice addition in many settings.
Love your clematis. Mine has decided to have flowers deep in its foliage this year, when it usually flowers near the top. Does anyone else have this situation where the clematis flower in different places in different years. It has buds on the top but still small.
