We are at S already...oh my.

My special love so far is that Sabine lily...is a beaut!

And after seeing Puff's sitting area, no one will ever see mine again!

Sufferin' succotash! SCHWARZE SARAH, still my fave Inge
Heirloom, was not very photogenic ;o} but couldn't let a
Soup go by without her. :oops:
SEDUM.jpg
I like the early green tinges of the Autumn Joy SEDUM
as much the later rustic reds.

SUMACS line a creek beside recently razed local nursery.
Hope they'll be "allowed" to stay! :evil:

I really like that there are natural versions of our common garden flowers and this one is a beauty.

I grow these beans as a flower such a nice burst of color in the garden and they get lots of visitors ... a big plus !

Delicate? Clyde, that Daylily looks sturdy enuff to herd extremely buff goats. lol

Laura, SRB. Bless you. I didn't grow those last year. It has not gone remiss that your almost every photo has included a buzzing/feather-fluffing/wingnutter not of fleur or veggie origins. Spectacular! ;o}

Started Salpiglossis/Velvet Tongue from seed after seeing Carol's yellow/purple variety, Savona, c.2001. Didn't know there were magentas to boot. Can't keep up with you bonafide fleur growers. 8) 'Fraid there was not much variety in Toms last year. I actually patronized a farmers' market by end of Season for just about every veggie/Tom/squash I'd become accustomed to growing myself. Very embarrassing. laffs
