Visual Intrigue daylily

Postby savona » Apr 12, 2012 1:51 pm

I bought a bag of 5 Visual Intrigue daylilies from Home Depot last month. Potted them up in my heated green house and one sent up a scape right away. Today I got treated to the first bloom 8-)...Jean

Holy Speedy Gonzales. Certainly is intriguing visually, Savona! Was at Home Depot the other day and didn't see this one. NOT that I was there to buy Daylilies or anything....;o}

The chances are that this day lily is a tissue culture one but as long as it is a good bloomer and can tolerate my zone bbbbrrr garden I am happy...Jean

Hi, savona-

'Visual Intrigue' is pretty and eager...what a great combination of characteristics!

Some daylily varieties are so shy about blooming. It makes me wonder if their taking up space in my small garden is worth it.
