It's exciting to see butterflies so early. If I understood a report on the radio, red admirals reproduce several times over the summer and then migrate back to Texas in the fall. We are predicted to have a large population of them this summer.

We've got more Red Admirals than I have ever seen before at the moment here in Hamilton. They're everywhere! A hike with the kids through Coote's Paradise on RBG grounds was amazing, everywhere we looked there were "flutterbies" as my 3yr old calls them
