These Colchicum have been blooming since Aug.28th ,,,,,,,,,,,,way too early.
AS the saying goes,,,6 weeks later we get snow Oh well , I guess we can handle a few flurries but then it will be nice again until mid-Nov. according to the weather forecast.

They are actually nice to work with, I have used them in flower arrangements

Didn't know these are poisonous but a lot of garden plants are poisonous.

It is only allowed here on Christmas Eve, and it must go Boxing Day....... and that is a long way off even if the damn commercials and store displays have started already.

Haven't seen any Christmas commercials here yet. I don't mind them , I like Christmas but I sure wish they would skip Halloween!!
