Garden gesign software, anyone?

Hi

Can anyone recommend a reliable (and inexpensive) garden design/planning software? I found a few applications online, but they're either very focused/narrow, or too generic.

I want to be able to sketch up a plan, maybe keep track of plantings, modify drawings. 2d/3d, no preference. Suggestions?
