Thanks for the explanation Lulu. I realized after posting that I was being kind of nosy! It sounds like it will be much more convenient for everybody concerned when it's finished.

Wow!! That is mammoth, Lulu.

IMHO because there is not a house saying it is a driveway, people will try to get down to the lake that way no matter what....Just 'cause some people think they own the world...Perhaps to avoid future clashes, perhaps a simple Private Roadway or Private Drive sign will help deter them.
