Hey! The setup is so simple that you can do it yourself. Those spout overflows are useless. Far to small to be effective.
I have five barrels full of water now, and am thinking of adding two more, since I have the barrels just sitting behind the shed. We have had thunderstorms each day for the last three days, and I cringe, when all that water is going to waste, since I am sure it will be required later in the season.
