black earth?? & veggie garden soil

what is black earth type soil used for?? I got a big bag of this from a friend, I also bought a bag of soil that has manure, sand and what ever else. would it be ok to mix these together and plant my veggies in there??

Yes, go for it. The garden soil is usually called triple mix and black earth could be anything from top soil to garden soil. Check the info on the package to see what is in it.
