Viewing First Unread Post

There seems to be a bit of confusion on this point.

Some want it, but don't have it.

Some have it but can't use it.

Others think they are using it yet are using something completely different.

With Lyn's help, I've got screenshots (whoohoo) of what hopefully I am trying to say...

This is the view first unread post button:

This is the view latest post button:(scroll to the right )

The first button is what you would click on if you wish only to read the posts you haven't read...will show up with new postings in a thread or with new threads entirely. Only can be seen when Logged in.

The second is supposed to take you to the last post that was made...presumably by the person it is right beside IMHO it works like Carp because it takes you only to the end of page one not to the last post...which could be on Page 10 or at the top of the page depending on how your page is set up.

I prefer Pic #1 because it takes me to where I want to go...at the begininning of the thread or right to where I've left off.

I did see it K...but I do NOT see any buttons (and this time your screen prints didn't come thru, just red x's.)

The only button I can see is my belly button and pressing it does no good at all, at all but it keeps me amused!

This is NOT a complaint. I am quite happy to contemplate my navel.

AH!! That would be the annual Road trip...I think the bus is somewhere in Quebec right now!!
