But I didn't marinate the beef. it is nice and tender

Leftovers for us - but I did make a yorkshire pudding, and I also took a pic!

You creative chefs won't believe this but a few weeks ago at Boblaws picked up a pre-seasoned marinaded rack of about 16 pork ribs for $4.26.

Mare;o} putting in 50¢ a rib for good measure and kudos to the Pig.
