suet question
I have ll my ingredients except for the corn meal. All I can find here is corn flour. What could I use as a substitute. What about pop corn. Thanks Jazz

I believe you'd have to grind up the popcorn to be the right consisting, but I don't see why you couldn't use it....

Re: suet question
Jazz, Cornmeal is found in the hot cereal section of the supermarket. If you can't find it you can use the corn flour, from what I see on line it is simply a finer grind than corn meal.

Re: suet question
Oh, make sure it is corn flour and not cornstarch. Some cookbooks (particularily English ones) call cornstarch cornflour. I'm pretty sure that won't be a problem in Quebec supermarkets though....
