Jazz, that is just too funny for words! LOL! Hubby and I were looking for an elliptical trainer around the time of my birthday and I told him "That is NOT my birthday gift!" He still had to get me something else.

Re: How to stay out of the doghouse....
Last night Bruce suggested I needed a new watch, and that he thought a divers watch like his with a big dial and enormous numbers would be just the thing for me, so I made him watch this, and I THINK he gets it, but I am never sure. One year he actually did buy me new memory for my computer. AND he didnt get anything at all for our 20th Anniversary. To be eternally folding laundry would be a mercy, actually, compared to what I have planned for him.

I have not checked out the link (habit from dial-up) but I am getting an idea of the content from the comments.
About this time many years ago a few of us from the office went to a pub for lunch. Included in the group was a young newly married secretary. Buddy started the set-up, "did you get Jeanne's Christmas present yet?" Yes I said, I got her a new snow shovel & a extra large box of concentrated laundry detergent so that every time she does laundry she will think of me. The next thing I knew there was a glass of beer poured in my lap.
Now why am I thinking of Kelly now?
