My gosh Ron! You're really putting together some nice meals! This one looks so tasty and moist.
I had half a butternut squash to work with, plus some leftover spuds and cabbage!
So, I hauled out some pork chops, roasted the squash, and made a bubble & squeak with the spuds and cabbage!
Not a pretty looking meal, but by gosh it was tasty!
HP on the side for those of us with weird tastes!
