Check your PMs please. I sent you one a couple of days ago, and you haven't looked at it yet. Emailing you doesn't seem to be working.


FORUM ADMINS:

Please enable a PM notification popup/dropdown or something VISUAL!!!!! There is NO WAY to know if I've gotten a PM unless I go into UserCP and have a look-see there.

I always get an e-mail notice when I have a PM.

If I would just remember to check my in-box,I'd be all set.

I do not get PM or post notifcations from this forum

I Never did and it never could be fixed I am told. I never think to look either

But my email is there so anyone can email me and it would come in my email inbox

BF....go to UserCP...then click on Board Preferences, scroll down and make sure your notification of PM is set to yes.

Then go to Edit posting defaults...make sure your email notificatios (4th one in list) is set to Yes.

ALWAYS click on submit after each change you make.

In addition to what Kelly has said, At the bottom of each posting you make or reply to is a bunch of check boxes. The second from the bottom says "Notify me when a reply is posted" If you want to follow a particular topic this is a great feature and it works well. I've used it a few times and I get a notice as soon as somebody replies. I only get one notice no matter how many replies are made, until I go in and read the thread. After that I'll get another notice when more replies are made. That way my in-box isn't full of duplicate messages.

I have done that many times

it never worked on the patio either and Dmitry doen't know why nor does William know why not on this forum

as I said it never worked and I have tried and tried and not wasting my time any longer with it

Odd, it works on other forums same as the auto sign in

That is why I have my email there. Most people have my addy anyway including Skwij if he put it in her book long ago

So I prefer people email me, the sole purpose why I put my email there

My addy doen't show but I can be reached by email
