The Hills are Alive....

Karen and I took her mother to see The Sound of Music today at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto.... It was quite good... well portrayed and very good sets... down side was the fact that the Bills were playing in Toronto and getting to the theatre was a hassle...

I saw The Sound of Music here a few years back. I love a good play.
Too bad about the traffic though Marsher.

Yepp I don't have much luck with traffic going into Toronto lately.

A friend of mine went to see it on Saturday...he was just amazed at the production...commented on the sets and props as well...

I just LOVE attending local theater plays. It's much easier when you live near or in a small town though. We just saw The Wizard of Oz, put on at the Perth high school......excellent amateur production! Great voices, good acting, many familiar faces onstage. Such a delight!

We go to a lot of Local Theatre as well, mostly the lighthouse in Port Dover and the Drayton group in Drayton and St Jacobs, but this one was a Mervish Production at the Princess of Wales.
