Thanks all, that scene looks very different today.
BBQ, when the sun rises behind the hill in the east, I love watching the rays slowly light up this hill.
A very old program that came with my scaner a number of years agp, ArcSoft 4.1.2c Photostudio 2000. There are free downloads to try, and I did try an update one time, but didn't keep it as I liked the orginal software best. I use to frame all my photos but haven't now for quite some time.
I do like this type of frame on some snow pictures though.
Filters? There is a softness layer I use on the edge.
