Jeanne came & got me from the office saying there were a pair of Red bellied woodpeckers on the balcony. By the time I got to the door they were gone but a downy was there.

Taken through the patio door, two dirty panes of glass.

Oooh! Nice! We had a PAIR last weekend. I was so excited to see them!

Well I hope the Red-bellied Woodpeckers that were visiting were "my" old pair on their way to here! I sure do miss them.... :cry:

But a very welcome and cute replacement for sure!
