Over the Garden Fence - Gardening Forums

Greetings from sunny Costa Rica.

Pull up a chair and grab a cup of Java for a cozy chat about what's on your mind and what's happening in your neck of the woods. This is a strictly for fun non-gardening topics.

Greetings from sunny Costa Rica.

After reading a few threads, I wanted to introduce myself to this community. I look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members in order to make my Costa Rican garden grow. Very solid information provided here.

Best regards,

Richard

Feel free to do that but it might be a good idea to remove you company link...

What part of CR are you in... we stayed a week at the Villa Sol in Playa Hermosa in 2006 and had a great time touring Monteverde and Arenal areas.

I;d love to see the butterflies in CR Richard

Been there once for a quick trip but not long enough to see anything

WE stopped there which was our port coming back from a Caribean cruise

Flew out for from there Toronto then Halifax the nite Gulf was began, 1991 I think

A friend has been there and showed me so many pictures of birds. She isns't interested in butterflies like I am

She is a birder. You sure have many beautiful birds in your country

We certainly hope to get back and visit San Jose and the other areas that we did not get to a well as revisit those we did.

I was not sure of your location so I googled it and now know it is a subdivision of San Jose, correct?

We toured 4 of 7 days and yet it seems that we say such a little part of what there is too see.

I wash very impressed with beauty of the country as well as the friendliness of the people that we met. Also it was so nice to meet so many people that have a great environmental consciousness.
