Supper Dec. 13
I had some leftover roast beast & pork chop so I made a sweet & sour out of them with some veggies. I added a shot of hot sauce & OMG it was some good.
Ron.

Looks good Ron! Staff Christmas part for us tonight. I'm sure it'll be some good too.

Looking good, Ron!
I've often found that meals which are constructed from 'a bit of this and a bit of that' turn out really well.
Gawd, do I hate shopping on Saturdays, and especially a Saturday at this time of year! I have no patience to stand in queues, to not be able to find a parking spot, to get stuck behind someone who is doing 40 kph in an 80 kph zone! Grrr!
Anyway, we survived the traffic congestion in Belleville, and got home in one piece.
I hauled out some tomato sauce I made earlier in the year. This was one made from tomatoes grown from our own Inge's seeds, which I've now been growing for a couple of years.
I made some pork meatballs, and a little pasta, (Rigatoni).
