Ha! Ha! Kat would wake up with a grandbaby....
Glad you got home safe and sound Kat. Winter driving is no fun! Colder than HE double hockey sticks (as K would say! ) here. I'd rather have milder temps and more snow,,,,

yes Betty, I see others seem to have patchy snow. We usually get a LOT. Towering snowbanks. But this year its supposed to go up to 7 degrees on Boxing Day.

Feeder à la mode! I finally got around to cleaning the rooftops off the feeders here. The birdbath still looks like it's topped by a huge marshmallow. (I must be hungry with all these food metaphors...
)
Sounds like you had a real white knuckler drive there Kat...
Glad you made it home safely!

Katherine said....."and the snow was so deep on the road my car high centred on the darned highway."
Never heard this term before Kat, at this moment I'm taking as meaning, the snow was up to the underside of the car?
Ourderek (we have only 2 feet here)

You have lots of snow Kat. A lot more than we have.
In fact we didn't have any it got rained away.
WE had a few flurries last nite I thought was going to be a blizzard but amounted to a couple of inches now mostly melted away
Glad you are home safe and warm
it is 10 C here now, not near as warm as a few days ago when it was 18C
wonderin if the West and East is trading places weaher wise

Geesh thats alot of snow.I like Ron's idea about hibernateing like bears.I would make a perfect bear.I honestly don't like winter.I would perfer sprin,summer and fall weather all year.It's not particulary the snow I don't like its all the ice and cold wind and bitter biting weather that comes with it.Ewwwww!!
