Beast stir fry. It was so good Jeanne went back for seconds after a large helping.

Stir Fry is so versatile. A bit of this, a bit of that, a dash or two of that sauce, etc.!
That's the way I like to cook.
Looks very good, and obviously tasted delicious!
I'm posting a separate thread as I wanted to show the Ciabatta in its final format!

How did you make your sauce?
I love stir fries but I get stuck making the same flavor sauces and would like to try something new

I used some beef bouillon concentrate in some water & corn starch. I poured this mixture on near the end of cooking to make a thickened "gravy".
